Entrepreneurship
All my life, I have enjoyed creating things. I see opportunities and turn them into realities.
Bhalla Boards
I turned my love of surfing into a business after I successfully built my first surfboard. When fellow surfers began requesting I make custom boards for them, I decided to launch Bhalla Boards. Each board is completely designed and hand built by me. I have since formed an LLC and am working to build relationships with surf shops. You can find a detailed view of my first surfboard build here

Chef for the Day
I earned the privilege of becoming "'Chef for the Day." I designed the menu, participated in meal prep, and helped with the cooking. They even let me include my brownie bite recipe for dessert. I was able to join my classmates for the meal. It was a real close up look at how much work it takes to plan, budget, and cook for a large group of people.
Candy & Brownie Business
I taught myself how to make hard and gummy candies and chocolates in different shapes. I bought a bunch of different molds and experimented with different flavors. My brother and I set up a table in our building lobby during the hours everyone was coming home from work and we sold out within an hour. My friends started asking for them too.
I loved brownies. A friend and I started to research how to make the perfect brownies. We came up with a really good version that we made into bite sizes and dipped them in a chocolate glaze. Those were really loved. And that's how "Elemental Candy" was born. I built a website and at the end of the school year my teachers placed an order for the whole grade to have one in their gift bags. I packed them in little bags and hand drew a personalized image to use for the labels.
